Astanga Yoga

A traditional and dynamic flowing form of Yoga, designed to improve strength, flexibility, endurance and focus through Postures linked with breath. Although challenging, this form of Yoga can be adapted to suit almost any individual. General level of fitness required.

Astanga/Vinyasa
|
|
|
Classes with this type will include Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga Flow on alternate weeks.
|
|
Beginners Yoga
|
|
|
A gentle introduction to Yoga and Relaxation, aiming to help those new to Yoga discover the many benefits in a gentle and relaxed way. On a weekly basis, a new set of postures are introduced and broken down to accommodate any injuries, fitness levels and abilities to make these postures accessible to absolutely anyone.

Vinyasa Yoga Flow
|
|
|
A flowing form of Yoga, linking breath and movement through various Yoga postures to free the body of tension, develop strength and agility as well as a clear and calm mind. Each class is different, focusing on a number of aspects to help develop a body and mind in a fun and functional way.

Yoga and Relaxation
|
|
|
Suitable for all, this class integrates various styles of Yoga to help students gain awareness of the body and its potential. This is a great class for relieving stress and muscular tension and is suitable for all levels and abilities. Each class has a different focus, and changes regularly, so beginners can feel totally at ease that they don’t need any prior knowledge or experience, but also, with enough variations and modifications to help more experienced Yoga students take their practice to a more challenging level.

Yoga -Mixed Level

A mixed level, general Yoga Class, which will vary from week to week and will offer different levels of each posture to ensure a suitable workout for any individual.

Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation
|
|
|
The use of breathing techniques to help still and calm the mind in preparation for meditation. Various techniques are used and are guided by the teacher, so you will feel comfortable and relaxed with what you are doing. This class will include some gentle Yoga to help the free the body of tension and find a comfortable position for the Pranayama and Meditation.
