An entire evening of Relaxation! For those who want to unwind at the end of the week, or learn a number of different techniques to help teach you how to let go of stress and worry, and find a sense of relaxed bliss.
The evening will consist of a gentle Restorative Yoga Class - Using Bolsters and Props to support the body in a relaxed way, to help softly release tension from the muscles and using imagery to calm, focus and soothe the mind.
This will be followed by a number of Pranayama, breathing techniqes designed to aid focus and concentration, calming and bringing a sense of stillness to overworked minds, preparing for Meditation.
Once we have completely relaxed the body and mind, rather than rushing off back into our hectic lifestyles, we will follow up with a delicious supper with wine and drinks, to fully allow the body and mind to enjoy a sense of total calm and wellbeing.
Price is £25 for the evening including Yoga, Pranayama and Relaxation Workshop, Handouts and Evening Meal.

Developing your own Yoga Practice Workshop With Helen Noakes and Nathan Gray. Part 1 Exploring the principles of Scaravelli Yoga with Helen Noakes An introduction to this graceful and amazing form of Yoga, developed by Vanda Scaravelli, taught by inspiring International Yoga Teacher Helen Noakes. Part 2 Exploring transitional movement and flow with Nathan Gray An exploratory and experiential way of looking not only at Yoga Postures and all their modifications and variations, but discovering how our bodies can move through them with ease. Part 3 Putting it all together! Your chance to put into practice the teachings of both workshops, moving through your own inner intuition and with newly gained body awareness to take your Yoga practice to the level that suits you as a person. This 30 minute section will be taught by both Nathan and Helen, offering many years of experience and training to help you find your way to your own Yoga Practice. Price £20 if you book in advance. £30 thereafter, this workshop would normally cost between £40 and £50 Limited spaces available, please book with a deposit or the full amount.
