this retreat aims to balance and restore the main seven Chakra’s recognized in Eastern Medicine. Each day will focus on an individual Chakra, working on that Chakra with daily morning Yoga Classes, afternoon activities and techniques, along with evening Pranayama & Meditation. There will also be free time to relax, unwind and take the time out to connect to your inner awareness.
Yoga & Massage (Weekend or 5 Day) With Nathan & Therapy Team
Whether choosing the weekend or five day option, this retreat will help to give you a break from the stress and worries of everyday life so you can be truly pampered. This will include daily morning Yoga Classes, Evening Pranayama & Meditation Classes, along with a number of treatments from a team of fully qualified team of professionals offering a wide range of Holistic Therapies.
Silent Weekend Retreat
The chance to spend time in a quiet environment, and get in touch with your inner self. The only talking will be during the morning Yoga Practice and the Evening Pranayama Practice. With the rest of the weekend in silence, you are given the chance to look inwards, without feeling as though you have to make small talk for the sake of it. This gives us the chance to spend some quality time in introspection, connecting to our goals, dreams and ourselves. With so many external distractions in our everyday lives, it is hard to find the time to just stop and realise what we are doing, if it is what we want to be doing and how we can find ways to achieve our aims.
Vinyasa Flow weekend Intensive
A whole weekend exploring movement with the breath, linking postures and exploring awareness of the body through a variety of Vinyasa flow Sequences. There will be the opportunity to experience freedom in the body and the mind, as we go through numerous
