My decision to teach yoga naturally comes from my own journey. I initially starting attending yoga classes around 8 years ago for exercise. As I continued with classes I started to work through the physical tension I held in my body, that to be honest I didn’t know I had until I started to become free of it ! The most valuable thing I learnt was to quieten my mind, which in turn relaxed my body .
When I decided to take my teaching qualification it was for me ! To gain a deeper knowledge..... and then I fell in love...... in love with the idea that I too may be able to help others that unknowingly hold tension in their bodies. So here I am...... the journey begins. Nicola x
