This is an RYT200+ course, meaning it not only meets the criteria for Yoga Alliance Professionals 200 hour foundation requirement, but exceeds it by extending the hours to over 320 hours. We believe this gives New Yoga Teachers a more thorough foundation from which to begin Teaching Yoga successfully.
This course is aimed at experienced Yoga Teachers with a recognised certificate of 200hrs or more, enabling you to teach this powerful and beneficial discipline. The course is conducted entirely online, but is also very interactive, so that you are supported and monitored throughout the course to maintain high standards.
This is a two day for Yoga Teachers on how to teach Chair-based Yoga. Chair Yoga is becoming more widely used for a number of different purposes. The course is 2 days of contact hours, along with a portion of the course be conducted online, before and after the course, providing you with a thorough theoretical and practical knowledge of the subject.
This course is suitable for all Yoga Teachers, of any discipline, who wish to help their students get the most from their Yoga Practice. Throughout the course, we look at a variety of Yoga Asana, and how we can use the variety of props to either increase the intensity or help to correct and add support for more comfort.

A 2 hour workshop which introduces the principles of The Chakra’s, how they are formed, what they are, and how we can affect them, and they us. Followed by a Yoga Sequence and Meditation Session, which aims to promote balance throughout the Chakra’s and the whole body.

A series of 3 hour workshops which include a Yoga Practice and Techniques sections designed to make some of the more challenging postures more accessible through a number of tried and tested methods. Suitable for students of all styles of Yoga wanting to improve their Yoga practice in a safe and effective manner.
Using a number of styles of Yoga for influence, we will look at how the body moves and look at individual bodies and their needs. We will explore a variety of ways we can create a Yoga Practice which you can maintain for yourself and modify to suit you. 3 hour workshop
An innovative way of looking at Yoga Postures from a different perspective. See how using another persons body can help you develop more awareness of your own body, and how each posture can feel different with a little help from a friend! There is no need to bring a partner, one can be found on the day.
This workshop will teach you a variety of massage techniques which are used in Indian Head Massage, with thorough explanation and lots of practical hands on work, this workshop will leave you feeling confident in giving a good massage to friends and family. This is also a useful workshop for existing therapists, wanting to learn new techniques and skills. 3 hour workshop.
