I’m Zoe, and I’m proud to say I’m part of the Samballa Yoga team. I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher training with Nathan in August of 2017 and since then I’ve been discovering what kind of Yogi I want to be. This journey has been amazing and I’ve been lucky enough to share it with some incredible people.
When I first found yoga it helped me firstly to take care of my body but in doing so, helped to take care of everything else. Yoga has been my biggest support throughout the best part of the last 10 years and I hope in my time as an instructor I can pass the gift along to others.
The classes I offer range in ability and style. To me yoga is a lifestyle, it’s inclusive and does not discriminate, it’s for everyone and there is an asana style to suit all.
